valleyincali ::: Favorites They played at a casino south of Fresno about 3 years ago.Casinos here are Indian Gameing and are on reservations ,so.. I think that at least Pat and Lolly Vargas[Vegas?]are from a bad section of west Fresno called Jerico, which the song was written about. I still live 5 miles from there. Anyway,I saw them about 1971 in concert at the Selland Arena in Fresno with Creedence Clearwater and I'm here to tell you that to this day,I've never seen anyone that came close to them.
