When I woke up it was done, but displayed only the YouTube logo, not an image out of my vid although the video was there... I deleted that and uploaded again, and now it's OK - BUT... 2 hours later and it hasn't gone live. although the description SAYS "Live!"... pretty discouraging as I thought it was MY error somehow... and the 24 hour window is a BAD IDEA!!!
