FYI, Ayd Mill Rd is not a "MnDOT blooper". That one is fully the city of St. Paul. And the last one you show actually sees some traffic given that it's out in the boonies...I've been on Hwy 60 down there.

That cloverleaf was built in the sixties and is probably the most dangerous in the state. Other states don't even build them anymore.

The deadman's curve is the I-494 going into I-35W North--may cousin had an acciddent there last week --its very dangerous --I never take that ramp!

At least you guys have freeways running across the city - in Sydney Australia they have freeways in the outer suburbs and in the main CBD - however for many years (due to public opposition) there was basically NOTHING IN BETWEEN!!! (apart from clogged up arterial roads) - only now are they doing something about it although for the most part it involves digging underground!
