Sex appeal is VERY important when weighing good music! I'm not obsessed with Patton, but he pushes it, instead of relying on formulaic pop, and I repect him for that.

Sorry- just had to be part of the RHCP/FNM war. Good to hear a live version of Malpractice. I've always loved that song. I don't understand why Angel Dust copped so much flack.

Hmmm... The Red Hot Chili Peppers are good, but they are far more commercial than FNM. Patton runs rings around Keidis vocally - and I'll always stand by that. Having said that, Patton wouldn't convey the feel of the RHCP music in the desired way- very different vocal tone.

I love Patton's work, that's why I watched this, and I just saw an RHCP/FNM argument going on, made the simple suggestion that I believe FNM COULD'VE been inspired by RHCP's early work, and all the Patton fanboys were like, "No! RHCP sucks!" I mean, shit, u all love Mike for being an innovator, do u think he got that way by hating things just cause someone he likes hates them? All I'm saying is both are talented, I just prefer RHCP, no need to be a dick about it.
