keptquiet ::: Favorites It was not passed in January. However, emergency legislation to impose a citywide curfew on 17-and-under kids for the summer ALMOST passed two weeks ago. It was so close in fact that 7 people voted FOR the curfew and only 6 voted against -- but they needed a 2/3rds majority to ratify.
